These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us") for using The Bigger Picture at [DOMAIN]. By booking an event or uploading photos you agree to them.

The service

We provide a private photo gallery for one event. Guests open the event link or scan its QR code and upload photos from their phone; everyone with the link can view them.

Plans, payment and how long galleries last

• Plans are a one-time payment per event: Basic (up to 100 photos, open 60 days after the event), Standard (up to 250 photos, 90 days) and Premium (up to 1,000 photos, 1 year). Payment is processed by Stripe.
• When a plan ends, the gallery closes and all photos are permanently deleted, and removed from our backups within 14 days. We cannot recover them afterwards. Please download everything before the date shown on your gallery.

Organizers

As the organizer you're responsible for:

• sharing your event link only with people you want to see and add photos
• setting a password if you want extra privacy
• making sure your use of the service is lawful

You can ask us to remove any photo from your gallery.

Guests and your photos

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
• You give us permission to store, process (for example, resize and remove metadata) and display them to the event's guests and organizer for as long as the gallery exists. You also allow the organizer to download them.
• Only upload photos you took or have the right to share. Be thoughtful about photos of other people, especially children.

What's not allowed

Don't upload anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or violent, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything involving the exploitation of minors. Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service. We may remove content or close an event that breaks these rules, and we report illegal content where required.

Removal requests

Anyone can ask us to remove a photo using the photo-removal request form. We review requests within [RESPONSE TIME].

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running, but it's provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and you should keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the event concerned.
